We provide 1/2 hour free post sale support for all our sales through email or our SKYPE account (atari8warez) during the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm on weekdays.

SIO2PC & 10502PC (please see the User Manual for warranty, support details and the support line phone#).

Within North America. The first support call (telephone or Skype for 1/2 hours or less) for SIO2PC hardware is free. Support beyond the initial 1/2 hour is available for a one time fee of $25. You will need to purchase this support through PayPal before you make the second support call.

Outside North America. Customers can either email us, or contact us through our Skype account (1 Free Skype call of 1/2 hours or less). Additional Skype support is available for a one time fee of $25. You will need to purchase this support through PayPal before you make the second support call.
